FAQs

Most frequent questions and answers

For all of our guests’ collective safety, we require your pet to be fully vaccinated against Bordetella (kennel cough), Rabies and DHPP. If the Bordetella vaccine has never been given, or if it has expired, a five day waiting period is required after administration. For all other vaccines, a three day waiting period is required after administration. A VacciCheck is also required before checking in. 

 

We have comfy beds, blankets, bowls and toys for all our guests, but please feel free to bring your own along to give your doggy additional comfort and a reminder of you and home while with us. Please bring your doggy’s own food for the length of his/her stay with us. We can provide food, if requested in advance, but we don’t advise it since it’s important for our guests to feel all the comforts of home while with us. 

 

YES, of course! We will share daily photos and videos with you while your doggy is with us.

 

Yes, our awesome Care Crew absolutely can, provided it is non-injectable. Please inform us what’s required on check-in or through the Registration Form and make sure medication is clearly labelled, dosage instructions are included, along with your vets details.

 

Yes, we have our Care Crew at The Lot 24/7. We are also completely covered by CCTV and are well equipped for any emergencies.
