It all started with Bella, our rescue from the Stray Dogs Center in Umm Al Quwain. A Saluki/Lab mix and the sweetest addition to our family, we adopted her in 2020, a few months into our marriage. We are a Canadian-Indian couple, with Bella, our cat Enya, who we have had for 10 years and rescued from the SPCA in Toronto when she was two months old, and most recently, our baby boy Budhh.
We have loved Bella’s excursions to daycare around the city and came to the realisation that it would be incredible to venture out on our own and start a full-service facility to cater to other doggy (and cat) needs, in an environment where all our guests feel the comforts of home.
And so, The Barking Lot was born. It is a labour of love and we hope you and yours enjoy it as much as we do.
